Payment Terms – Not Including AM2
Courses/Assessments must be paid for in full when booking in order for your position on the course/assessment to be reserved.
Courses/Assessments that are postponed or cancelled more than seven days prior to the start of the booking will incur an administration fee of £150 with the remainder of the costs being paid back in full.
Courses/Assessments that are postponed or cancelled within seven days of the start of the course will not be reimbursed and you will be liable for the full cost of the course.
Purchase orders must clear prior to the start of the course.
Please note that prices quoted for bespoke packages will expire after 60 days.
Payment Terms – AM2 for Sheffield Meadowhall and York
Assessments must be paid for in full when booking in order for your position to be reserved. Arena Training Centre reserves the right to reallocate your booking where it has not been paid for in full.
Full AM2/Initial AM2 assessments
Bookings cancelled within 10 working days’ notice of the assessment start date will be charged at 100% full rate.
Bookings cancelled with more than 10 working days’ notice of the assessment start date will be fully refunded.
AM2 Resits
AM2 Re sits that are cancelled within 7 days of the booking will incur a cost of 25% of the re sit value.
