WHY WORK FOR ARENA?

  1. We are looking for someone to help us build our new centre, advertise and market the centre and effectively manage the centre. This means you will be in charge and you will not have Directors micro managing you, but the team are always available if you do need support or advice.

  2. Arena already has a successful AM2 centre and three very experienced Assessors to support you in your development.

  3. There is scope to develop your role into York Centre Manager as we would like to expand the provision into a two Assessor centre.

  4. It may be possible for us to deliver some technical courses in York and if you wish to get experience of course delivery you could be involved with this aspect of the centre as well.

  5. Your basic pay would increase significantly where the centre is run successfully.

  6. Although your role will require you to ensure the centre is booked up fully and working effectively, there is flexibility in the days you choose to work. For instance:

  • you might build in a long weekend if you desire by putting in the hours across a four day week instead of five.

  • you might work longer hours and choose to earn more.

  • you might trade overtime to take a day off.
