The course provides delegates with the necessary skills that are required to inspect, test and establish results

for certification of domestic electrical installations. Contractors applying for registration with a domestic installer

self-certification scheme may benefit from this course.

1. •Legislation affecting inspection and testing
   

2. •Selecting and using appropriate test equipment
   

3. •Instrument accuracy
   

4. •Testing procedures as required by BS 7671
   

5. •Practical demonstrations with ‘hands-on’ sessions for both ‘dead’ and ‘live’ testing
   

6. •Verification and certification
